The governors are seeking to appoint a nationally certified and/or experienced SENCO for September 2024. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, an excellent classroom practitioner and have proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead the area through its next stage of development. They will have the skills and experience to take full advantage of the excellent facilities that are available in our new suite of rooms.
We are looking for professionals with:
· Experience of teaching and SEND support
· The ability to work with and motivate staff and pupils.
· High expectations of pupil engagement, attainment, and behaviour

About St Mark’s West Essex Catholic School
St Mark’s is a successful, well-ordered, and caring Catholic school for approximately 1000 boys and girls aged from eleven to eighteen, situated in the heart of Harlow, Essex.
